Phoenix Community Cancer Center & Dial-A-Ride

Phoenix Community Cancer Center
Local residents coping with cancer benefit from convenient access to a full spectrum of cancer care services.

Cancer center volunteers would assist the program coordinator with the resource library, special events and general office duties. Volunteers are also needed to drive patients to and from treatment.

The town of Enfield partners with the Senior Citizen Bus Committee to provide a transportation program for Enfield residents over the age of 60 and/or permanently disabled. Transportation is provided using specially equipped vans within town to a variety of destinations. Volunteers are needed to drive Dial-A-Ride members to out of town medical appointments in a car and to help answer the phones at the office.
