Staff changes are a very large summer project for IT. We are getting ready for the upcoming changes in Enfield Public Schools staff that normally occur over the summer. This year will involve an exceptionally large amount of staff changes due to the Enfield High Renovation Project. We have approximately 50 terminations, 25 new staff members and 110 location changes, so far. These moves include teachers and administrators that are moving from Fermi to EHS, as well as other movement throughout the district. The average time to create, terminate or update staff accounts is approximately 1 ½ to 2 hours per change. We are working on process improvements to decrease this time-consuming and high priority task.
