Fees are based on the value of the work being done.  Fees are officially set by the Enfield Code of Ordinances which may be changed from time to time.  This fee schedule is offered as a convenience to the public.  In case of discrepancies between this schedule and the ordinances, the ordinances shall prevail.   

• Building permits for new construction and alterations - $10.00 per   thousand dollars of value or fraction thereof.

• Mechanical permits (electrical, heating, plumbing, air conditioning, fire sprinkler) - $10.00 per thousand dollars of value or fraction thereof.

• Certificate of occupancy - $10.00

• Residential sewer construction - $50.00*

• Commercial sewer construction - $200.00*

• Moving a building (based on cost of the move and cost of the new foundation) - $10.00 per thousand dollars of value or fraction thereof.

• Demolition (all structures) - $10.00 per thousand dollars of cost for demolition or fraction thereof.

• There are no plan review fees.

• The state educational training assessment is included in these fees.
