1. Call to Order. – Chairman Tatoian called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.
2. Roll call. – Present were Chairman Richard Tatoian and Commissioners Russell Meyer, Roman Polaski, Marie Troiano (arrived at 7:07 p.m.), Raymond Gwozdz, Alternate, and Lillian Troiano, Alternate.

7. Approval of Meeting Minutes – January 24, 2007 – Mr. Meyer made a motion, seconded by Ms. Lillian Troiano, to approve the Minutes of January 24, 2007. The Minutes were approved by a 5 – 0 – 0 vote.

* Report on 1443 Enfield Street – Mr. Meyer made a motion, seconded by Mr. Gwozdz, that in as much as Mr. Ingraham, owner of 1443 Enfield Street, has not returned any intent to be in compliance, that the Enfield Historic District notify the Town Attorney’s office to proceed with legal action. The motion was approved by a 5 – 0 – 0 vote.
11. Adjournment – Mr. Meyer made a motion, seconded by Ms. Lillian Troiano, to adjourn. Following a unanimous vote, the Commission adjourned at 8:00 p.m. |
