ENFIELD PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION

The Enfield Planning and Zoning Commission will hold Public Hearings on Thursday, February 7, 2008, beginning at 7:30 p.m., in the Town Hall Council Chambers, 820 Enfield Street, Enfield, CT, concerning the following:

PH#2635 –Special Use Permit for reconstruction of running track, athletic fields and bleachers, installation of synthetic turf and 80’ lights at existing ball field at 1264 Enfield Street (Enfield High School, Zoned R-33, Map 19, Lot 68, Town of Enfield, Owner; Geoff McAlmond/Piya Hawkes, applicants.

PH #2636 – Special Use Permit for a home occupation to allow pet grooming at 97 South Road, Zoned R-33, Map 66, Lot 135, Norene Thoresen, Applicant/Owner.

PH #2637 – Special Use Permit to remove residential structures at 674 Enfield Street, expand drive-thru and canopy at 662 Enfield Street and plant landscape buffer at 660-662 Enfield Street and 674 Enfield Street, Zoned BL, Map 32, Lots 3 &4, Rockville Bank, Applicant/660 Enfield Street, LLC Owner.

Applications and plans are on file at the Planning Department, 820 Enfield Street.
