The Enfield Planning and Zoning Commission will hold Public Hearings on Thursday, July 10, 2008, beginning at 7:30 p.m., in the Town Hall Council Chambers, 820 Enfield Street, Enfield, CT, concerning the following:

PH #2646 – Special Use Permit for a Change of Use to the former Noah Webster School from Industrial (Control Module) a Public Safety Magnet School at 227 Brainard Road, in a Residential 33 (R-33) District, Assessor’s Map 62, Lot #106, Capital Region Education Council, applicant; James S. Bianco, owner.

Section 8-24 referral from the Town Council regarding the possible restriction of through traffic on Scitico Street between Hazard Avenue and Leary Road.

Applications and plans are on file at the Planning Department, 820 Enfield Street.
