LEGAL NOTICE
ENFIELD PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION
The Enfield Planning and Zoning Commission will hold Public Hearings on Thursday, October 19, 2006, beginning at 7:30 p.m., in the Town Hall Council Chambers, 820 Enfield Street, Enfield, CT, concerning the following:
PH#2571 – Application for reconstruction of running track, athletic fields and bleachers, installation of synthetic turf and 80 ft. lights at existing football field for Enfield High School lat 1264 Enfield Street, zoned R-33, Map 19, Lot 68, Enfield Department of Public Works, Applicant/Town of Enfield, Owner.
PH#2572 – Application for reconstruction of running track, athletic fields and bleachers, installation of synthetic turf and 80 ft. lights at existing football field at Fermi High School, 124 North Maple Street, Map 82, Lot 14. Enfield Department of Public Works, Applicant/Town of Enfield, Owner.
PH #2575 - Planning and Zoning Commission initiative for proposed zoning amendment pertaining to section 9.10.5 and 9.10.9 dealing with site plan bonding and compliance to allow for posting of bonds for non-public improvements at the time of Certificate of Occupancy rather than before a permit is issued.
Applications and plans are on file at the Planning Department, 820 Enfield Street. Text of the proposed amendment is also available in the Town Clerk’s Office.
