ENFIELD PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION
The Enfield Planning and Zoning Commission will hold Public Hearings on Thursday, November 2, 2006, beginning at 7:30 p.m., in the Town Hall Council Chambers, 820 Enfield Street, Enfield, CT, concerning the following:
PH #2574 - Application for a special use permit for a drive up window for credit union at building formerly used as a McDonalds at 385 Enfield Street, Zoned BL within a Design Overlay District, Map 033, Lot 232, Hamilton Sundstrand, Applicant/Owner.
PH #2576 - Application for a Special Use Permit to change a non-conforming use (restaurant to hair salon) at building formerly housing Guido’s at 117 Hazard Ave., Zoned BP, Map 65, Lot 68, Laurie Meehan, Applicant/Joseph LaCroix, owner.
PH #2577 - Application for a special use permit to construct a four bay garage for storage and parking at 1315 Enfield St. (Felician Sisters) Zoned HR-33, Map 46, Lot 2, Benoit Dion, Applicant/Felician Order of St. Francis of Ct., Inc. owners
Applications and plans are on file at the Planning Department, 820 Enfield Street. Text of the proposed amendment is also available in the Town Clerk’s Office.
