MINUTES OF A SPECIAL MEETING

WEDNESDAY, APRIL 23, 2008

A Special Meeting of the Enfield Town Council was called to order by Chairman Kaupin in the Enfield Room of the Enfield Town Hall, 820 Enfield Street, Enfield, Connecticut on Wednesday, April 23, 2008. The meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m.

ROLL-CALL – Present were Councilmen Bosco, Dumont, Edgar, Kaupin, Kiner, Lee, Mangini and Ragno. Councilman Jones arrived at 6:33 p.m., Councilman Nelson at 6:35 p.m. Councilmen Crowley was absent. Councilman Lee left the meeting at 7:00 p.m. Also present Town Manager Matthew Coppler, Assistant Town Manager Daniel Vindigni, Director of Finance Lynn Nenni, Director of Public Works Pia Hawkes, Town Engineer Jeffrey Bord, Building Official James Taylor, Supervisor of Building & Grounds Maintenance David Tuttle, Assistant Supervisor of Building & Grounds Maintenance Mark Gahr, Highway Superintendent William Sperrazza, Fleet Manager Doug Angers, Solid Waste Superintendent Kevin Donahue, Superintendent of Water Pollution Control Marvin Serra, Town Clerk Suzanne Olechnicki.

Public Works Administration, Engineering, Building Code Enforcement, Building and Grounds Maintenance, Highway Maintenance, Equipment Maintenance & Repair, Refuse Collection and Disposal, Water Pollution Control were reviewed.

ADJOURNMENT

MOTION #9811 by Councilman Nelson, seconded by Councilman Jones to adjourn.

Upon a SHOW-OF-HANDS vote being taken, the Chair declared MOTION #9811 adopted

10-0-0, and the meeting stood adjourned at 9:20 p.m.
