MINUTES OF A SPECIAL MEETING/BUDGET REVIEW SESSION

THURSDAY, APRIL 24, 2008

The Special Meeting/Budget Review Session of the Enfield Town Council was called to order by Chairman Kaupin in the Council Chambers of the Enfield Town Hall, 820 Enfield Street, Enfield, Connecticut on Thursday April 24, 2008 at 6:35 p.m.

ROLL-CALL - Present were Councilmen Dumont, Edgar, Jones, Kaupin, Lee, Mangini and Nelson. Councilman Kiner arriver at 6:36 p.m., Councilman Bosco at 6:37 p.m., Councilman Ragno at 6:48 p.m. Also present were Town Manager Matthew Coppler, Assistant Town Manager Daniel Vindigni, Director of Finance Lynn Nenni, Library Director Henry Dutcher, Assistant Library Director Mary Palomba, EMS Manager Arthur Groux, Chief of Police Carl Sferrazza, Director of Public Safety Christopher Bromson, Town Clerk Suzanne Olechnicki.

The budget proposals for the Public Library System and EMS were reviewed.

ADJOURNMENT

MOTION #9812 by Councilman Nelson, seconded by Councilman Jones to adjourn.

Upon a SHOW-OF-HANDS vote being taken the Chair declared MOTION #9812 adopted

11-0-0 and the Special Meeting/Budget Review Session stood adjourned at 8:55 p.m.
