MINUTES OF A SPECIAL MEETING/BUDGET REVIEW SESSION

MONDAY, APRIL 28 2008

The Special Meeting/Budget Review Session of the Enfield Town Council was called to order by Chairman Kaupin in the Enfield Room of the Enfield Town Hall, 820 Enfield Street, Enfield, Connecticut on Monday April 28, 2008 at 6:34 p.m.

ROLL-CALL - Present were Councilmen Bosco, Crowley, Dumont, Edgar, Jones, Kaupin, Kiner, Lee and Mangini. Councilman Nelson arrived at 6:54 p.m. Councilman Ragno was absent. Also present were Town Manager Matthew Coppler, Assistant Town Manager Daniel Vindigni, Director of Finance Lynn Nenni, Director of Economic Development Raymond Warren, Director of Community Development Peter Bryanton, Recreation Supervisor Mary Keller, Emergency Management Assistant Herbert Foy, Town Clerk Suzanne Olechnicki.

The budget proposals for Economic Development, Community Development, Town Clerk, Records Management, Recreation, Emergency Management, Town Attorney, Town Manager and Town Council were reviewed.

ADJOURNMENT

MOTION #9813 by Councilman Nelson, seconded by Councilman Mangini to adjourn.

Upon a SHOW-OF-HANDS vote being taken the Chair declared MOTION #9813 adopted

10-0-0 and the Special Meeting/Budget Review Session stood adjourned at 8:30 p.m.
