A meeting of the Enfield Town Council, acting in its official capacity as Water Pollution Control Authority, was held in the Council Chambers of the Enfield Town Hall, 820 Enfield Street, Enfield, Connecticut on Monday, March 20, 2000. The meeting was called to order by Chairwoman Strom at 9:10 p.m.
ROLL-CALL - Present were Commissioners Dodd, Egan, Falk, Fiore, Hall, Kaupin, Mangini, McGuire, Strom, and Vayda. Commissioner Surapine was absent. Also present were Assistant Town Manager, Daniel Vindigni; Town Clerk, Suzanne F. Olechnicki; Town Attorney, Christopher W. Bromson; Director of Public Works, John Kazmarski.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
MOTION #950 by Commissioner Falk, seconded by Commissioner Mangini to accept the minutes of the March 6, 2000 meeting.
Upon a SHOW-OF-HANDS vote being taken, the Chair declared MOTION #950 adopted 10-0-0.
Mr. Vindigni suggested postponing Item a. until the next WPCA meeting because theres a Public Hearing being continued.
RESOLUTION #951 by Commissioner Kaupin, seconded by Commissioner Mangini.
RESOLVED, that in accordance with Section 7-255 of the Connecticut General Statutes, the Enfield Sewer Authority shall hold a public hearing on April 3, 2000 at 7:20 p.m. to hear comments on properties affected by the proposed sewer use charge rate for the 2000-2001 billing. The rate has been proposed at $2.05 per thousand gallons of waste water treated.
Upon a ROLL-CALL vote being taken, the Chair declared RESOLUTION #951 adopted 10-0-0.

MOTION #952 by Commissioner Falk, seconded by Commissioner Egan to adjourn.
Upon a SHOW-OF-HANDS vote being taken, the Chair declared MOTION #952 adopted 10-0-0.
