MINUTES OF A SPECIAL MEETING/BUDGET REVIEW SESSION
TUESDAY, MAY 7, 2002
The Special Meeting/Budget Review Session of the Enfield Town Council was called to order by Chairman Vayda in the Enfield Room of the Enfield Town Hall on Tuesday, May 7, 2002 at 7:09 p.m.
ROLL-CALL Present were Councilmen Edgar, Egan, Fiore, Tait, Tallarita and Vayda. Councilman Mangini arrived at 8:04 p.m. Councilmen Falk, Hall, Kaupin and Strom were absent. Present from the Board of Education were Joyce P. Hall, Kenneth Hilinski, Roger W. Jones, Thomas H. Osborn, Nicholas D. Sinsigalli Jr., Chairman William V. Thomson Jr. and Mary Heidi Tibbets. Also present were Town Manager Scott A. Shanley, Superintendent of Schools Dr. John Gallacher, Assistant Superintendent of Schools, Anthony Torre, Personnel Supervisor Craig Cooke, School Facilities Director Arthur Pongratz, Business Manager Patricia Brooks, School Technology Coordinator Joanne Kneiss, JFK Middle School Principal Timothy Neville, Town Clerk Suzanne F. Olechnicki.
The education budget was reviewed.
ADJOURNMENT
MOTION #5895 by Councilman Tait, seconded by Councilman Fiore to adjourn.
Upon a SHOW-OF-HANDS vote being taken, the Chair declared MOTION #5895 adopted 7-0-0, and the meeting stood adjourned at 8:10 p.m.
