MINUTES OF A SPECIAL MEETING/BUDGET REVIEW SESSION
WEDNESDAY, APRIL 3, 2002
The Special Meeting/Budget Review Session of the Enfield Town Council was called to order by Chairman Vayda in the Enfield Room of the Enfield Town Hall, 820 Enfield Street, Enfield, Connecticut on Wednesday, April 3, 2002 at 7:04 p..m.
ROLL-CALL - Present were Councilmen Edgar, Egan, Fiore, Kaupin, Mangini, Strom, Tait, Tallarita and Vayda. Councilman Falk arrived at 7:08 p.m. Councilman Hall was absent. Also present were Town Manager Scott A. Shanley, Director of Finance Gregory R. Simmons, Director of Economic Development Raymond L. Warren, Director of Information Technologies Charlene S. Bond, Director of Libraries Henry Dutcher, Assistant Library Director Mary Palomba, Director of Planning and Community Development Jose Giner, Community Development Director Laura Watson McMenamin and Town Clerk Suzanne F. Olechnicki.
The Economic Development, Public Library System, Information Technology, Planning and Development, Planning & Zoning Commission, Zoning Board of Appeals, Conservation Commission, Inland Wetlands and Community Development budgets were reviewed.
ADJOURNMENT
MOTION #5829 by Councilman Mangini, seconded by Councilman Tallarita to adjourn.
Upon a SHOW-OF-HANDS vote being taken, the Chair declared MOTION #5829 adopted 10-0-0, and the meeting stood adjourned at 9:57 p.m.
