A meeting of the Water Pollution Control Authority was called to order by Chairman Tallarita in the Council Chambers of the Enfield Town Hall, 820 Enfield Street, Enfield, Connecticut on Monday, March 7, 2005. The meeting was called to order at 9:45 p.m.
ROLL-CALL - Present were Commissioners Crowley, Dodd, Edgar, Egan, Kaupin, Mangini, Peruta, Reveruzzi, Tait and Tallarita. Commissioner Fiore was absent. Also present were Town Manager, Scott Shanley; Assistant Town Manager, Daniel Vindigni; Town Clerk, Suzanne Olechnicki; Town Attorney, Christopher Bromson; Director of Public Works, John Kazmarski.
MINUTES OF PRECEDING MEETINGS
MOTION #6081 by Commissioner Mangini, seconded by Commissioner Reveruzzi to accept the minutes of the December 6, 2005 meeting.
Upon a SHOW-OF-HANDS vote being taken, the Chair declared MOTION #6081 adopted 10-0-0.
MOTION #6082 by Commissioner Reveruzzi, seconded by Commissioner Tait to waive the reading of the resolution.
Upon a SHOW-OF-HANDS vote being taken, the Chair declared MOTION #6082 adopted 10-0-0.
RESOLUTION #6083 by Commissioner Kaupin, seconded by Commissioner Mangini.
Grease Trap Waiver - Zanto Pizza
Mr. Kazmarski stated this is very standard procedure.
Upon a ROLL-CALL vote being taken, the Chair declared RESOLUTION #6083 adopted 10-0-0.
MOTION #6084 by Commissioner Tait, seconded by Commissioner Egan to waive the reading of the resolution.
Upon a SHOW-OF-HANDS vote being taken, the Chair declared MOTION #6084 adopted 10-0-0.
RESOLUTION #6085 by Commissioner Kaupin, seconded by Commissioner Dodd.

Upon a ROLL-CALL vote being taken, the Chair declared RESOLUTION #6085 adopted 10-0-0.
ADJOURNMENT
MOTION #6086 by Commissioner Crowley, seconded by Commissioner Mangini to adjourn.
Upon a SHOW-OF-HANDS vote being taken, the Chair declared MOTION #6086 adopted 10-0-0, and the meeting stood adjourned at 9:50 p.m.
