MARCH 21, 2005
A meeting of the Water Pollution Control Authority was called to order by Chairman Tallarita in the Council Chambers of the Enfield Town Hall, 820 Enfield Street, Enfield, Connecticut on Monday, March 21, 2005. The meeting was called to order at 9:28 p.m.
ROLL-CALL - Present were Commissioners Crowley, Dodd, Edgar, Egan, Fiore, Kaupin, Mangini, Peruta, and Tallarita. Commissioners Reveruzzi and Tait were absent. Also present were Town Manager, Scott Shanley; Assistant Town Manager, Daniel Vindigni; Town Clerk, Suzanne Olechnicki; Town Attorney, Christopher Bromson; Director of Public Works, John Kazmarski.
MINUTES OF PRECEDING MEETINGS
MOTION #6087 by Commissioner Edgar, seconded by Commissioner Mangini to accept the minutes of the March 7, 2005 meeting.
Upon a SHOW-OF-HANDS vote being taken, the Chair declared MOTION #6087 adopted 8-0-1, with Commissioner Fiore abstaining.
MOTION #6088 by Commissioner Fiore, seconded by Commissioner Mangini to waive the reading of the resolution.
Upon a SHOW-OF-HANDS vote being taken, the Chair declared MOTION #6088 adopted 9-0-0.
RESOLUTION #6089 by Commissioner Kaupin, seconded by Commissioner Crowley.
Grease Trap Waiver - Danny's Pizza
Mr. Kazmarski stated this is standard procedure.
Mr. Shanley stated they are working on an annual resolution so that these can just be signed off.
Upon a ROLL-CALL vote being taken, the Chair declared RESOLUTION #6089 adopted 9-0-0.
ADJOURNMENT
MOTION #6090 by Commissioner Mangini, seconded by Commissioner Peruta to adjourn.
Upon a SHOW-OF-HANDS vote being taken, the Chair declared MOTION #6090 adopted 9-0-0, and the meeting stood adjourned at 9:30 p.m.
