APRIL 17, 2006
A meeting of the Water Pollution Control Authority was called to order by Chairman Tallarita in the Council Chambers of the Enfield Town Hall, 820 Enfield Street, Enfield, Connecticut on Monday, April 17, 2006. The meeting was called to order at 9:01 p.m.
ROLL-CALL – Present were Commissioners Crowley, Edgar, Hilinski, Kaupin, Lee, Mangini, Nelson, Peruta, Ragno and Tallarita. Commissioner Maxellon was absent. Also present were Acting Town Manager/Town Attorney, Christopher Bromson; Assistant Town Manager, Daniel Vindigni; Town Clerk, Suzanne Olechnicki; Deputy Director of Public Works, Geoffrey McAlmond.
MINUTES OF PRECEDING MEETING
MOTION #6099 by Commissioner Lee, seconded by Commissioner Kaupin to accept the minutes of the October 17, 2005 WPCA meeting.
Upon a SHOW-OF-HANDS vote being taken, the Chair declared MOTION #6099 adopted 9-0-0, with Councilman Mangini absent at the vote.
MOTION #6100 by Commissioner Lee, seconded by Commissioner Nelson to waive the reading of the resolution.
Upon a SHOW-OF-HANDS vote being taken, the Chair declared MOTION #6100 adopted 9-0-0, with Councilman Mangini absent at the vote.
RESOLUTION #6101 by Commissioner Kaupin, seconded by Commissioner Crowley.
Proposed Grease Trap Waiver Request - One Stop Deli & Convenience Store
Mr. McAlmond stated this has been reviewed by all the appropriate agencies and the Water Pollution Control Superintendent has recommended this approval.
Upon a ROLL-CALL vote being taken, the Chair declared RESOLUTION #6101 adopted 9-0-0, with Councilman Mangini absent at the vote.

MOTION #6102 by Commissioner Hilinski, seconded by Commissioner Kaupin to adjourn.\
Upon a SHOW-OF-HANDS vote being taken, the Chair declared MOTION #6102 adopted 9-0-0, with Councilman Mangini absent at the vote. The meeting stood adjourned at 9:04 p.m.
