Neighborhood Services is the primary location for Enfield residents who would like to apply for the State's Energy Assistance Programs. To qualify, your income must be at or below the following amounts per year:
Single Person Household $30, 485
Two Person Household $39,865
Three Person Household $49,245
Four Person Household $58,625

You can call Neighborhood Services at (860) 253-6396 for an appointment or to get more information. Applications will be taken until May 1, 2010. The first day for fuels to be delivered is November 2, 2009
If you do not meet the above guidelines you may qualify for other assistance such as Operation Fuel.
Residents are also encouraged to visit the Connecticut Energy Assistance Program for further information on the variety of energy assistance programs that are available to Connecticut residents.
