Secondary Schools (EHS, FHS, and JFK)    

Auditorium                                                    

$300 for a four hour minimum

$75 per hour for each additional hour

 

Gymnasium

$200 for a four hour minimum

$50 per hour for each additional hour

 

Band Room or Chorus Room

$100 for a four hour minimum

$25 per hour for each additional hour

 

Classroom

$50 for a four hour minimum

$15 per hour for each additional hour

 

 

Elementary Schools

Cafeteria or Gymnasium

$100 for a four hour minimum

Classroom

Outdoor Artificial Surfaces at EHS & FHS

Gazebo & Patio  -  $100 flat fee

 

Fees do not include associated costs.

 

 

Associated Costs

Field Monitor                                                              $12 per hour

Gym Monitor                                                              $12 per hour

Building or Grounds Staff Member                              $40 per hour

Sunday or Holiday Building or Grounds

Staff Member                                                             $50 per hour

Uniformed Police Officer                                            $58 per hour

Lifeguards (three guards minimum)                              $50 per hour

Use of Lights at High School Stadium                         $15 per hour

 

 

Fees are computed on a Daily Rate Basis.  For example, the fee for a Friday and Saturday event running under four hours each day in the FHS auditorium is $600 ($300 per day).  The fee for a Friday and Saturday event running six hours each day in the EHS Auditorium is $900 ($450 per day for the six hours each day).  Plus any associated costs levied.
