Transfer Station Hours

The Town of Enfield Transfer Station is for bulk and yard waste, and is located at Town Farm Road. Residents can apply for a transfer station permit at the Transfer Station if they are using their own vehicle. Proof of residency is necessary. Hours of operation are:

Tuesday - Friday (except holidays)

8:00 a.m. - 2:45 p.m.

Saturday

8:00 a.m. - 3:45 p.m.

   
In the event of a Monday holiday, the transfer station will be closed on Tuesday.
 
 
 
CHARITIES OF HOPE
 
WHEN:  Beginning Tuesday, January 6, 2009, Charities of Hope (Not-for-Profit Organization) will be placing a clothing drop box at the Town of Enfield Transfer Station on Town Farm Road.
WHAT:  Donated Clothes, Shoes and Linens can be accepted at the drop box.
HOW:  Items will be transported to warehouses to be sorted and baled and they ultimately end up in either foreign countries of need (e.g., Chile, Mexico, Poland), local American social services institutes or even our own community.
WHERE:  Residents wishing to make donations may bring items to the Charities of Hope Drop Box during Transfer Station hours of operation:
Tues through Friday    8:00 a.m. – 2:45 p.m.
Saturday                    8:00 a.m. – 3:45 p.m.
*Excludes Holidays
