Exterior Painting and Surface Repairs

Sealed bids for the project named above will be received at the office of the Director of Finance until 11:00am, Friday, September 21, 2007.  Thereafter, bids will be opened in public and read aloud.

Scope of the work consists of preparation and painting of the exterior surface of the building, including any repairs/replacement of deteriorated, split or missing material in order to provide a clean continuous surface for proper painting. The project requires prevailing wage. Work will commence no later than September 25, 2007 and completed no later than October 26, 2007.

Specifications and bidding documents may be obtained from the Office of the Director of Public Works, Stanley E. Jablonski Public Works Complex, 40 Moody Road, Enfield, CT 06082.  Documents can be picked up at the DPW Complex or fax a request to have documents faxed to you.  All inquiries are to be faxed to the attention of Joanne Larson at (860) 272-1143. No phone calls please.

The Town of Enfield reserves the right to accept or reject any, all, or any part of bids, to waive formalities or informalities, and to award the bid deemed to be in the best interests of the Town.
