TOWN OF ENFIELD, CONNECTICUT LEGAL NOTICE INVITATION TO BID
The Town of Enfield is accepting sealed bids for:
PURCHASE OF MUNICIPAL TAX LIENS
The property locations of the liens being sold are identified as follows:
Ashmead Commons Unit #’s 207, 208, 411, 503, 504 22 Broad Brook Road 76 Pearl Street 31 Webster Road
Bids shall be submitted in the manner specified. Requirements and specifications may be obtained from the Department of Finance. Sealed bids will be accepted at the Department of Finance, until 11:00 A.M. local time on Thursday, April 6, 2000 at which time they will be publicly opened and read.
Each bid shall be accompanied by a Certified Check in the amount of ten- (10)% of the bid amount in Dollars, refundable to unsuccessful bidders.
The Town is requesting written sealed bids from prospective purchasers for the purchase of part of the Town's delinquent municipal tax liens pursuant to the current provisions of Connecticut General Statutes §12-195h and in accordance with the terms of this Invitation to Bid.
Those firms or individuals that believe they are qualified are encouraged to submit a bid, together with general information and in accordance with the specific information requested.
The right is reserved by the Town of Enfield to reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, to award any part or parts, or total bid, and to waive informality or technical defects, if it is deemed to be in the best interest of the Town of Enfield.
