VARIOUS PHOTO PROCESSING EQUIPMENT
August 15, 2000
Sealed bids are being solicited for the sale of various photo processing equipment.
Bid forms, which must be submitted as part of this process, may be obtained from the Enfield Police Department 293 Elm Street, Enfield, Connecticut 06082. The telephone numbers are (860)763-8968 and (860) 763-8943. Items may be viewed by appointment only.
Sealed bids will be received by the office of the Director of Finance until Tuesday, August 29, 2000 at 11:00 a.m. at which time they will be opened in public and read aloud. Bids received after the time set for the opening will be rejected.
In order to submit a bid proposal, the participating party must not have any delinquent taxes owed to the Town of Enfield.
The high-qualified bidder(s) will be required to post full payment within ten (10) days of the bid opening.
The right is reserved to reject any, all, or any part of bids, to waive formalities or informalities, and to award the bid deemed to be in the best interest of the Town.
