Sealed bids are being solicited for the sale of 3 Men’s yellow gold and diamond rings and 1 diamond stud earring.
Bid forms, which must be submitted as part of this process, may be obtained from the office of the Director of Finance, Town of Enfield, 820 Enfield Street, Enfield, Connecticut 06082. The telephone number is (860) 253-6330. Merchandise may be viewed by appointment only.
Sealed bids will be received by the office of the Director of Finance until Wednesday, August 9, 2000 at 11:00 a.m. at which time they will be opened in public and read aloud. Bids received after the time set for the opening will be rejected.
In order to submit a bid proposal, the participating party must not have any delinquent taxes owed to the Town of Enfield.
The high-qualified bidder(s) will be required to post full payment within ten (10) days of the bid opening.
The right is reserved to reject any, all, or any part of bids, to waive formalities or informalities, and to award the bid deemed to be in the best interests of the Town.

Appraisals are attached providing descriptions of the jewelry. Jewelry may be viewed by appointment only by calling (860) 253-6330.

The high-qualified bidder(s) will be required to post payment in full within ten (10) days of the bid opening.
