LEGAL NOTICE
INVITATION TO BID
The Town of Enfield is accepting sealed bids for:
SALE OF TOWN OWNED PROPERTY
The property locations are identified as follows:
Map 34 Lot 110 Bernardino Ave.
Map 35 Lot 98 Connecticut Ave.
Map 61 Lot 168 Maple Rd.
Bids shall be submitted in the manner specified. Requirements and specifications may be obtained from the Department of Finance. Sealed bids will be accepted at the Department of Finance, until 11:00 A.M. local time on Thursday, October 27, 2005 at which time they will be publicly opened and read.
Each bid shall be accompanied by a Certified Check in the amount of ten- (10)% of the bid amount in Dollars, refundable to unsuccessful bidders.
Those firms or individuals that believe they are qualified are encouraged to submit a bid, together with general information and in accordance with the specific information requested.
The right is reserved by the Town of Enfield to reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, to award any part or parts, or total bid, and to waive informality or technical defects, if it is deemed to be in the best interest of the Town of Enfield.
