MAY 21, 2012
A meeting of the Water Pollution Control Authority was called to order by Chairman Kaupin in the Council Chambers of the Enfield Town Hall, 820 Enfield Street, Enfield, Connecticut on Monday, May 21, 2012. The meeting was called to order at 9:41 p.m.
ROLL-CALL – Present were Commissioners Arnone, Bosco, Crowley, Edgar, Hall, Kaupin, Kienzler, Lee, Mangini, Nelson and Stokes. Also present were Town Manager, Matthew Coppler; Assistant Town Manager, Daniel Vindigni; Town Clerk, Suzanne Olechnicki; Town Attorney, Kevin Deneen
MINUTES OF PRECEDING MEETING
MOTION #6151 by Commissioner Lee, seconded by Commissioner Nelson to accept the minutes of the March 19, 2012 meeting.
Upon a SHOW-OF-HANDS vote being taken, the Chair declared MOTION #6151 adopted 11-0-0.
RESOLUTION #6152 by Commissioner Hall, seconded by Commissioner Mangini.
RESOLVED, that in accordance with Connecticut General Statute Section 7-255, the Enfield Sewer Authority will hold a Public Hearing in the Enfield Town Hall Council Chambers, 820 Enfield Street, Enfield, Connecticut on Monday, June 4, 2012 at 6:55 p.m. to hear comments on properties affected by the Proposed Sewer Use Charge Rate for fiscal year 2012/2013.
Upon a ROLL-CALL vote being taken, the Chair declared RESOLUTION #6152 adopted 11-0-0.

MOTION #6153 by Commissioner Hall, seconded by Commissioner Mangini to adjourn.
Upon a SHOW-OF-HANDS vote being taken, the Chair declared MOTION #6153 adopted 11-0-0, and the meeting stood adjourned at 9:42 p.m.
