Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Town of Enfield
Survey Information
The purpose of this survey is to assist the Town of Enfield in identifying and understanding any discrimination or lack of inclusion Enfield residents may have experienced, and to identify corrective measures.
This survey has been developed by the Town of Enfield’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Committee. The DEI Committee is tasked with providing advice to the Town of Enfield Council on matters related to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Your survey will not be seen by anyone other than the committee members who extract and tabulate your answers. Individual surveys will not be available to the public. Only the aggregate results will be.
Please complete this survey by September 30, 2023
Submit only one survey per person using the following methods:
Obtain a paper copy of the survey at the Town Hall, Public Library, or print a paper copy of the survey at: Town of Enfield DEI Community Survey
Mail or drop off your completed survey at the Enfield Town Hall, 820 Enfield Street, Enfield, CT 06082
On the outside of the envelope write “DEI Survey” so that it is opened only by the appointed sub-committee
