Enfield Yard Waste Pickup Resumes

The Town of Enfield Public Works Department will begin yard waste collection on Friday, April 1, 2022. Please remember that YARD WASTE IS ONLY COLLECTED IN THE BROWN YARD WASTE TIPPER BARRELS. Barrels should be placed curbside by 6 am on Fridays (note that there is no pickup on holiday weeks). Any brown biodegradable bags will only be collected if placed in the brown yard waste tipper barrel. You may also bring brown bags to the Transfer Station on Town Farm Road (permit required other than during leaf season). Up to 2 brown yard waste tipper barrels will be collected per week at no charge. Tags for 3rd or 4th brown yard waste tipper barrels can be purchased for $45 per year. Between April 1 & April 30, up as well as from October 15th through the end of leaf season, you may place additional brown barrels out without tags beyond the two free primary barrels. The brown yard waste tipper barrels ($60) and the brown barrel tipper tags ($45) may be purchased at the Public Works Department, 40 Moody Road, Monday through Friday 8 am – 3:30 pm (cash or check only).
