Due to the storm Enfield received on Thursday, August 12, Enfield Public Works will be doing a curbside pickup of storm debris. Pickup will begin (by appointment) on Wednesday, August 25, 2021 and will be completed by Wednesday, September 22, 2021. All storm related trees and brush would need to meet the following specifications:1. Material must be placed in the right-of-way, away from guy wires and preferably not under utility wires;2. DPW will not go on resident’s property to retrieve any logs or brush;3. Branches & brush must not be longer than ten (10) feet and no wider than six (6) feet;4. Logs must not be longer than ten (10) feet;5. No stumps (regardless of size) will be accepted;6. No shrubs (regardless of size) will be accepted; and7. DPW will not rake the area where the brush or logs were stacked after it is placed in the truck.Storm debris may also be brought to the Transfer Station during their business hours of Tuesday through Friday (8 am – 2:30 pm) and Saturday (8 am – 3:30).
