Upgrade of the Call Directory Reporting System


Our Call Directory Reporting system is used to capture and report on telecom usage, incoming and outgoing calls, support collection and processing of calls. It provides us with many customized reports and on-demand traffic analysis tools to allow administration to make informed business decisions. The software currently running is an older version and upgrades are part of our maintenance agreement. No data will be lost during the upgrade.
