That depends. Plans for 1 and 2 family homes will need 2 sets, a 3rd set will be required if Health Department approval is required. For anything beyond a 1 or 2 family house at you will need 3 sets, a 4th set will required if Health Department approval is required.
The street file for your property may have a survey. Please come to the Building Inspection Department at Town Hall, Monday - Friday (excluding holidays) between the hours of 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. to see if there’s a survey in your file.
